Payment Methods

HOW DO I PAY?

There are FOUR possible payment methods:

- COD (Cash On Delivery) payment: you pay when you receive the product – Only available in Spain.

- Online payment through a secure server: credit card, PayPal or payment gateway of Banco Santander. Once you have decided your product, click on PROCESS ORDER from the SHOPPING CART and you will be redirected to the secure server in order to fill a form with the shipping information. Please choose in this step the payment method.

- Payment by wire transfer.

- Bizum.

Instant payment system between individuals and purchases from businesses, using the mobile application. Available only in Spain.

COD PAYMENT

By using this method, you will pay when you receive the product (only available in Spain). The delivery data are collected in the purchase form and you will pay the cost and the shipping costs when you receive the product.

All the information received will be treated through our secure server, keeping your privacy safe.

ONLINE PAYMENT

You can pay when you purchase the product by means of your credit card or your PayPal account. The information on your card will be collected at your bank’s gateway once you have filled the delivery form and after clicking on SEND ORDER.

We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Aurora.

We DO NOT collect the information of your credit card, we only receive the OK after the bank confirms the payment has been made.

INVOICE FOR COMPANIES

Please inform us if you wish to get an invoice and we will send it to you per email.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?

As explained in “Safety and Security”, Nightbra and its payment methods use secure servers. For this reason, all the information is encrypted and transferred and the use of credit cards is completely safe.

For payments through the payment gateway of Banco Santander, only secure payments (known as CES in Spanish in the case of this bank) will be accepted. Please contact the bank that issued your card so as to identify yourself as its owner. After your authentication, the payment will be made.
