DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery times provided are estimations and they are stated in business days.
Delivery times can be shorter or longer depending on the customs formalities.
APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES

DELIVERY SERVICES
Products are shipped to Spain by means of courier companies.
Packages to other countries are sent by the Spanish postal services.
SHIPPING COSTS
6 euros to Spain and 10 euros to the rest of the world*
*Shipments are made from the Canary Islands. In international shipments, once the merchandise arrives at its destination, the Post Office of your country may apply a fee for customs management and taxes.
DELIVERY PROCESS
When you finish the purchase, you will get a confirmation email with the information of the order. The product(s) will be sent one day after your purchase as long as it is not a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday.
Products are shipped to Spain by courier companies. In two days they arrive to the Continent from our base in Tenerife. Once they arrive to the customs in Madrid, they are distributed throughout Spain. Products arrive earlier when shipped to the Canary Islands.
Products are sent to other countries through the Spanish postal services. Delivery times vary depending on the customs formalities of every country.
