GENERAL QUESTIONS
I have used Nightbra for one day and it has left marks on my skin
Nightbra is a new product which has been manufactured with thick and strong tissues so it lasts in time and fulfils its antiwrinkle, posture-correcting function. That is why you and the bra will need an adaptation period. This usually happens with other items of clothing as well: jeans; they are tight when you buy them but they will eventually be loose.
As regards the marks, they are pressure-caused, non-hurting marks. So you get adapted as quick as possible, we recommend you to start using it when you are at home; that is, watching TV, resting, etc.
Before wearing your antiwrinkle bra, stretch it in all directions and check how flexible it is and how it “expands”. You will also have to place the seams of the straps on your collarbone; and, lastly, when you wear it, push it downwards as much as you want to so it is properly placed below your breasts.
Apart from preventing your breasts from wrinkling, does it also keep them firm?
Nightbra also keeps your breasts firm in spite of not having cups.
Nightbra helps you keep your back straight as well, having the shoulders act as a bra and training the pectoralis muscles, the breasts’ real support. In this way, the continuous use of the Nightbra trains your pectoralis muscles so the breasts are lifted upwards. However, you should do exercise to strengthen this area.
I am very young but, since my breasts are fallen, I have been recommended to sleep wearing bra
We recommend you not to sleep wearing an ordinary bra and even less if it is underwired. While sleeping, your breasts must be free, since they need to rest from the daily pressure caused by your bra. You need to enable the lymph drainage.
Since Nightbra corrects the posture of your back and, thanks to its pressure distribution, it makes you act as a bra since you “pull” your shoulders backwards and that makes your breasts lift.
Does the use of Nightbra damage the existing stretch marks?
There isn’t any problem or incompatibility.
I am two months pregnant. Can I use it? What clothes should I wear?
During pregnancy, the female body is altered in many ways: hormone changes affecting the skin, joints hurting, back pain and fluid retention. However, once the baby is born, there are other physical changes that might arise after pregnancy. One of them is back pain, which is usually caused by the pregnancy itself and by the weight of the baby during those nine months and it continues after giving birth.
Of course you can use Nightbra, but please note that the size will depend on the outer contour below your breasts and it will obviously change: that is, it will not be the same in some months from now.
During these pregnancy and postpartum phases, it doesn’t matter if you are breastfeeding or not, you should use Nightbra both during the day and at night.
You will have to wear Nightbra over your breastfeeding (or ordinary) bra. At night, if you are breastfeeding your baby, wear your breastfeeding bra over your Nightbra. If you are bottle-feeding your baby, use only your Nightbra at night.
Can I use any night cream on the cleavage and wear a bra? Are they incompatible?
There isn’t any incompatibility. The antiwrinkle Nightbra bra combines perfectly with any cream.
I have fallen, wrinkled breasts. Will Nightbra help me? Is it uncomfortable while sleeping?
Nightbra only acts on the cleavage wrinkles; that is, on the central part, between the breasts.
Since Nightbra works as a posture corrector, it makes the breasts lift more and more when it is continuously used by “pulling” your back backwards and “lifting” your breasts; by doing so, it trains the muscles involved.
My breasts are separated and they move outwards. Will Nightbra increase my problem?
The space between your breasts will never change due to using Nightbra.
ABOUT SIZES AND MODELS
I want to choose a Nightbra model, but I don’t know which one to choose.
Nightbra has always the same effect, regardless of the model.
It’s the first time I use a Nightbra product. Which model will put less pressure on my breasts?
The NIGHT model is basic. If you want a Nightbra made of cotton, choose the POLKA DOTS model; if you need extra cleavage hydration, choose the ALOE model.
How do I choose the right size?

Are the sizes of the Nightbra bras the same as those of ordinary bras?
The sizes of ordinary bras do not correspond to those of Nightbra bras. To find your NightBra size, you first need to find out what your underbust contour is. Once you know it, you can consult the equivalent size in this table:
Why do I have to indicate my height to purchase the bra?
The Nightbra bra has fixed straps and their length will depend on your height; that is why it needs to be known at the manufacturing moment. Nightbra bras do not follow a valid standard pattern for every woman, but they are exclusively designed for you with the data you have provided.

Are all NightBra models indicated for treating back pain?
ll Nightbra models have this double effect: preventing your cleavage from wrinkling and correcting the posture of your back.

Has the efficacy of the Nightbra bra been medically tested against back pain?
Different studies carried out on different patients along several years by Dr. Elisa Fernández, who is a specialist in gynaecology and anatomical pathology, have shown that the usual use of the Nightbra bra during the day and at night largely reduces the inconveniences and the pain in the dorsal (middle) area of the back.
How does Nightbra work on the back?
The Nightbra bra has a tensing function: it makes you keep your back straight and be aware of the posture correction you need to adopt. This effect is particularly positive when we move during the day, since we will avoid bad postures while sitting, squatting, using the computer or standing at work. After using this bra on a daily basis, your back will feel much better.
When to use Nightbra for your back?
Nightbra can be used by fully grown women. Since nowadays many people don’t do any physical activity; use the computer, watch TV or study for too long, and do not adopt good postures; it can be a very effective tool to avoid back pain. Also, it is an image-improving element, since it stops and corrects cleavage wrinkles.
We recommend its use during the day:
- For any type of back pain.
- During postpartum, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- After breast surgery.

THE ALOE VERA EFFECT
Why is Nightbra Aloe pink if it is made with green Aloe Vera tissue?
The active ingredient (Aloe Vera) is microencapsulated and subsequently inserted in the threads of the tissue. The colouring (they come in different colours) are directly added to the nylon polymer (the threads) during the spinning process, getting the colour to be distributed homogeneously and to remain unchanged during the whole life of the product.
For this reason, products woven with nylon microfiber in different colours can be offered without missing any of the benefits offered by pure Aloe Vera.
Is the Aloe Nightbra also recommended for back pain?
All Nightbra models have a double effect: preventing cleavage from wrinkling and fostering a good posture.
Also, in the case of the Aloe model, there is a new benefit: the continuous skin hydration.
Can I wear the Aloe model during the day?
You can wear the Aloe model in the same way you would wear any other model from our line.
We recommend you to use it during the day:
- For any kind of back pain.
- During postpartum, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- After breast surgery.
For that, you have wear your Nightbra over your ordinary bra.

What is the service life of the Aloe Nightbra?
The service life of the Aloe model, as well as that of the rest of models, depends on how we take care of the garment and on how often we use it.
Our market studies show that, on average, our clients use our models 5 times per week and they wash them every ten weeks. So we estimate that the Aloe Vera effect will last for, at least, 2 years.
In any case, once the hydrating effect is over, you can still benefit from its antiwrinkle effect and its action against back pain for a long time. See antiwrinkle effect.
Aren’t there other bras with these features?
There are no any otherantiwrinkle bras using this technology, You will only find it in Nightbra.
Is there any skin contraindication?
It has been shown that Aloe Vera has regenerative, nutritional and hydrating effects for the skin. It is an excellent purifier with very powerful anti-inflammatory, relaxing, healing and anti-irritating properties and no skin reactions have been observed.

How can I pay in the shop?
There are currently three possible payment methods:- COD (Cash On Delivery) payment: you pay when you receive the product – Only available in Spain.
- Online payment through a secure server: credit card or PayPal.
- Payment by wire transfer.
COD payment
By using this method, you will pay when you receive the product (only available in Spain). The delivery data are collected in the purchase form and you will pay the cost and the shipment expenses when you receive the product.Online payment
You can pay when you purchase the product by means of your credit card or your PayPal account. The information on your card will be collected at your Bank’s gateway once you have filled the delivery form and after clicking on SEND ORDER. We DO NOT collect the information on your credit card, we only receive the OK after the bank confirms the payment has been made.However, the information collected is treated through our secure server, keeping your privacy safe.
Payment by wire transfer
Once we have received the payment and/or the receipt of payment, we will send the order.What cards are accepted for the payment by wire transfer?
It might depend on the country where the payment is made; but, generally speaking, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Aurora are accepted.How is the product shipped?
In Spain, payments are made through packaging companies. For other countries, the service of Correos —the Spanish post company— is used.How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping costs € 6 to Spain and € 10 to other countries.Where will I receive the shipment?

When will I get my money back?
It will be transferred once the operation has been approved.It will be returned in a few days and by the same means used to make the payment. If you paid by wire transfer, the money will be returned to your card. If used the COD payment, the return will be done by wire transfer to the account indicated by you.
Nightbra.com reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent out of the established term or if clothes are received in a different condition than that in which they were shipped to the client.
Can I change the product?
You can change your product for any other product, model, colour and/or size.In order agree on the terms of the change, contact us through our email address info@nightbra.com or by phone: 667 985 043 (prefix 0034 from outside Spain or 01134 from the US and Canada).

If you paid by COD payment, the return will be done by wire transfer to the account indicated by you.
Nightbra.com reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent out of the established term or if clothes are received in a different condition than that in which they were shipped to the client.
I bought a product and I don’t like it/it doesn’t look good on me. What can I do?
No problem.If, due to any reason, you decide you want to return it, contact us by email or phone explaining the problem and resend us your proof of purchase. We will give you your money back or send you a more suitable model; it’s up to you!

What is a secure server?
In usual sites, whenever you request information by clicking on a link, communication with the corresponding server is established. That communication is “clean”; that is to say, those data are send online just like they are displayed. Anyone could intercept them and see them.However, in a secure server, those data are handled before they are sent. Your browser and the server establish communication and they agree on communication keywords; then, the encrypted site is sent; which means what is sent is encrypted by those keywords. If someone intercepted that communication, they wouldn’t understand anything.
That is the reason why it is called a secure server.
Does Nightbra use a secure server in its website?
Yes, we do. You can check it by clicking on the lower right corner of the website, where a THAWTE certificate is displayed. THAWTE is one of the biggest security-certifying companies in Internet.That THAWTE certificate, the fact that the website address starts with http S ://www.nightbra.com/ .... (the icon will be yellow if you are using Firefox) when you place the order in our shop and the closed padlock shown in the lower or upper part of the browser (it will depend on the version displaying the padlock) will guarantee that you are visiting a secure server.
Is PayPal a secure payment method?
PayPal is currently the most used, quickest and most secure method for online payments.You don’t need to be registered on PayPal to pay and it allows you to use the main credit and debit cards. But, if you are also registered, the payment will be much simpler, since you will not even need to write your data, but only identify yourself.
I have purchased items from shops with no secure servers and I haven’t had any problem

HOW YOU SHOULD CARE FOR YOUR NIGHTBRA ANTI-WRINKLE BRA
Our anti-wrinkle bra, designed by Dr. Elisa Fernández, is made with special fabrics so that, together with its design, it can perform its function. For this reason it is very important that we comply with their pertinent care, otherwise it may lose effectiveness.
- Iron. We should not iron the Nightbra because then the fabric melts.
- Softener. We should never use fabric softener in your wash.
- Soaking. If we leave it to soak with soap or fabric softener, it will penetrate the fibers of the fabric, causing it to lose consistency and, therefore, it would lengthen quickly, thus losing its effectiveness.
- Clear out. We must be careful to make sure we remove all the soap well when we wash it.
- Hot water. We must always wash it with cold water so that the elastic fibers do not melt.
Dryer. For this same reason we should not use a dryer.
Stretch it out. We should not leave the Nightbra on the back of a chair or any other place to stretch it, as this would break the fibers.
Cut off. We should never make a cut, no matter how small it may seem, as it would lose its effectiveness.
Modify. We should not take the bra to be "fixed". Modifying its pattern will make it stop working as we expect.
