POSTURAL HYGIENE
Pain in the dorsal area is directly linked to the postures we adopt: if we keep a bad position without keeping our backs straight, vertebrae can lose their parallelism and that is the start of back pain, which is worsened by painful muscular contractures —very common nowadays.What can we do to improve our postural hygiene? Stopping bad postures during the day (while sitting, squatting, lifting weight…), doing the right exercise and stopping physical inactivity, among other measures.
